Shipping Policy (United States only)

(Effective date: November 1, 2025)

Where we ship
We ship to all U.S. states and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We also deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Fulfillment & origin
Orders are prepared and shipped from the United States by our fulfillment partner Supliful (local U.S. stock).

Order processing time

  • Processing: 1 business day.

  • Cut-off time: Orders placed before 12:00 (Mountain Time, MT) are processed the same business day; orders placed after that time are processed on the next business day.

Shipping options, timing & cost

  • Standard — FREE nationwide
    Estimated delivery: 4 business days (excluding processing).
    Carrier is selected automatically (e.g., USPS/UPS or equivalent) based on service level and destination.

  • Express — $4.50
    Estimated delivery: 2 business days (excluding processing).
    Primary carriers: FedEx / DHL (or equivalent depending on availability and rates).

Tracking & proof of delivery
A tracking number is provided for every order (notifications via Shopify). Signature is not required for Standard or Express shipments.

VIP Shipping (optional protection)

  • Price: $8.90 per order.

  • Coverage: Loss, theft or damage during transit.

  • Resolution: Refund or replacement.

  • How to claim: Notify us within 14 days of the actual or expected delivery date at contact@vitaalskin.com (subject line: VIP Shipping – Claim). Include your order number, tracking number, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos, carrier confirmation).

If you did not purchase VIP Shipping
We will open a carrier investigation. A replacement or refund may be issued if eligible, for example when the carrier confirms loss, theft or damage, and subject to our internal procedures. To start an investigation, contact contact@vitaalskin.com with your order and tracking numbers. For returns and other remedies, please refer to our separate Returns Policy.

Address errors, unclaimed or refused parcels

  • Re-shipment: Available at the customer’s expense when the address was incorrect/insufficient or the parcel was unclaimed/refused.

  • Refunds: If you prefer a refund instead of re-shipment, we will refund the product minus the shipping costs incurred (including any return surcharges billed by the carrier, if applicable).

Preorders & backorders
We do not offer preorders or backorders. Orders ship in one parcel when all items are available.

Delays & force majeure
Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, peak season volumes, security checks, carrier disruptions).

Changes to this policy
We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. The version in force at the time of your order is the one stated above.
